You reach out via our handy contact form or by shooting a message to studio@reflectdesign.co -- You'll give us a brief overview of your project and we’ll chat back and forth a bit to get all your project details nailed down.

Proposal

We’ll put together a proposal that includes a range of package options that we believe would be a good fit for your project. From there, you can mix & match to create a custom-fit package or select the option that gets you most excited.

“Handshake”

We’ll send over a simple project contract & invoice and book a time for our initial kickoff meeting / call. We typically require a 50% deposit for every project to begin work.

Discovery

We sit down with your team (either in person or virtually) and discuss your dreams, goals and targets. From these discussions, we’ll create a deck that features example visuals and verbal cues, walking you through the direction we think fits your story best -- we call these Storyboards.

Visual & Verbal Storyboard Creation
Getting everyone on the same page before pencil hits paper

Design

Once we have the storyboards at a place where both us and your team are ecstatic with the potential on the pages, we’ll move into creating our own original ideas inspired by the concepts put forward.

Filtering Concepts
Testing Ideas in Real World Use Cases
Selecting Type & Colour

Present

Once we’ve tested out all our ideas and filtered out the best ones, we’ll present our concepts to your team. From here, we collect feedback on our proposed concepts and then move on to the refinement stage.

Refine

We’ll work with you to distill your feedback into action items that will take our proposed concepts past the finish line. Our standard branding scope includes 2 rounds of refinement.

Implement

Our most successful projects include us working alongside your team to implement the brand to it’s best; whether it’s an award winning signage system, product packaging or anything in between.

Launch

Together we’ll work with your team to create a launch campaign that shows off your new brand in style.

Handoff

This step includes the creation of a Guidelines PDF that will act as a rulebook for using the identity in the real world. We’ll also spend some time with your team making sure that any questions they have are answered and that they feel comfortable bringing the brand to life.
