Project Scope

Brons Construction is a custom homebuilder servicing the entire southern region of British Columbia. The Brons team specializes in fully custom homes, featuring innovative designs and layouts complimented by masterful building techniques and bespoke, locally sourced, mountain-inspired materials.

Brons came to us in search of a look that felt as elevated, elegant, and custom-made as the homes they provide their clients. The brand kit is rooted and inspired by the team’s unique building techniques and the gorgeous materials they source for their building projects. The final package feels strong, bold, and elevated, providing a perfect platform to instill confidence in homebuyers looking for their new dream home in the mountains.

Brand Kit

The main icon is inspired by the large beams and specialized trussing patterns Brons uses for their premium builds. It feels distinctly “home builder,” while remaining unique and iconic in the space.

Custom type is designed to feel elevated and sophisticated, while being highly legible and approachable.

The icon’s geometry balances symmetry and asymmetry perfectly to create a delightful personality while still feeling precise and confident.

Type & Colour

Colour & Typography are designed to provide a soft, elevated feel where necessary and, in contrast, an elegant, moody feel when desired.

A balance of clean lines and hand-drawn script give the type system a premium feel without losing the hand-made touch of every Brons project.

Secondary marks and simplified layouts allow the brand to shine in any aspect ratio and size. This ensures the brand always feels intentional and premium.

Texture

Woodgrain & Blueprint textures give the brand kit an added level of depth, while feeling right in line with the built-from-scratch approach to a Brons building project.
